I was visibly distressed as I attempted to clarify my worries in person, aggravated by the absence of mobile phone connectivity. The solicitors’ reaction was nothing short of humiliating and disheartening. She laughed at me, pointed fingers, and seemed amused by the situation. I felt belittled, disregarded, and utterly unsupported. The expression was entirely unprofessional for a legal firm, especially in family and court-based contexts when clients are usually emotional. I expected compassion, empathy, and professionalism, all of which the solicitor I interacted with did not show. The above explains why it is vital to think profoundly before engaging with them based on my visit experience. How a firm treats clients expressing their worries speaks volumes about its ethical standards. My case was mishandled and it was shocking for me.2. Heating issue2. I had a problem with my heating i ended up not having heating for 239 days and was charged £615 for an email in which the service provider considered reducing my service charge an absolute waste of money used this firm 3 times regretting never again should have had enough firstly two times3.
