As soon as the ambulance arrived, I was rushed to the hospital, where I remained for a few days and could not participate in my daily activities for an extended period. With my source of livelihood curtailed and a hefty hospital bill, I could not come to terms with the financial effects on my family. After a brief assessment of the crash area, the driver argued that he had confirmed the road was clear before reversing his car. Instead, he claimed that he could not see me despite the fact that the road was straight. The driver made sure to visit me at the hospital, and that is when he introduced the company and informed me to be calm because they will handle the entire claim. It is even more disappointing that this person decided to act unprofessionally. In any case, I decided to send a message following an advert I saw, and the person replied promptly, stating that "if it matters to you then it matters to us." The service rendered so far is commendable.
