Sadly, there are times we have to work with the law firm's other partners and find the service to be lacking (Google Reviews, 2022). This firm shouts at their clients when they don't get their way, then refuse to help on a day of a very important meeting. If you have two brain cells use this firm, if you have a modicum of bandwidth go else where, absolutely disgusting way to treat people. If I could give less stars I would!! (Google Reviews, 2022). In one year in never once have a call been answer on the day and never have I had a return call as promise, on every visit never has had any my paper work, but every signal visit I have signed legal aid and that's in a year if signed 12 legal aid applications in attended 7cort and panels and have never receive. No a call or a letter, never have they done a letter or call to anyone on my behalf and I always get his last appointment one a money he takes some knots, a sign paperwork give him required proof I'd, and never received what was apply for, on 2 occasions my nephew was in his office with him sent me a text to call the office as he was with him I'd. Call and both times was told sorry but Mr??????? Is in court all day and all week and it's not possible to speak with u, his secretary, promise to contact him on ur be half, then call back not ever have I had any call from hear, due to this I have lost my grandsons and am about to lose my rights, as grandparent,paper, if also had to do my own letters to panel, sorry I origanel thought a lawyer was to help u gain custody, but mine had helped to destroy everything I worked for and lost the lot, I won't allow my self and grandsons to be treated this way him doing nothing to help me when promising it was incontroll now I can't see any way back, why did thy take me as a client then do as he's done his secretary as well have lost my grandsons tore my family apart, and caused me and my grandsons medical conditions due to depression, why not just say sore I can't take ur case I can recommend other family lawyer or simply say we are unable to take any clients, this has resulted in my grandson selfharrming thinking I don't care for them I have never seen this in any lawyer, and I intend to seek advice, in pursuing this, and will make sure I prevent any other family putting there family through, this, cause I will get my story out and I will make sure this man never ruins any more family's, and I don't care for the consequence As long as this can't happen again, c.smith. ballingry,client of above
