From the first conversation, my lawyer was approachable, professional and cared about my case. Hayley Johnson delivered top-notch legal advice and services from start to finish. She worked on a very tight schedule, was on top of all the legal technicalities from the beginning to the end, and her advice was always judicious and practical. I would recommend MFMac in general and Hayley in particular.4. I was awarded monetary compensation (albeit less than requested) for suing these utterly messy and negligent. Scottish Law society supported 16 points of complaint. I also spent 18months without payment for my husband's funeral, requested my husband's belongings, and threatened police with their theft till they found them 4 months later, the last of about 80 emails. They charge so much that they over-charge themselves; they are also so bad in communication that they write an email over and over after two months. I sent 60+ emails offering free items I left to the Estate to repaint the house before sale for 60+ emails with not a single response, then put it on a "could you do it" on the 61st email. I also called the police because they took furniture, clothes, etc. and when confronted with them, they suddenly found them.
