I was then told that the solicitors were reviewing it when I called for an update. The solicitors had asked me to send them the evidence and promised response within a few days, and have not responded for 3 weeks now. Thompsons is aware that the injury is ongoing requires legal action to stop it and severe. Partner contacted this firm to represent him against his company for harassment and using his disability confidential information to block his career progress which clearly breaches Equality Act 2010. Partner compiled hundreds of documents thoroughly and categorised everything very neatly so it was easy for them to go through all the evidence he had gathered. Partner was aiming to get a year's salary plus extra costs per area as compensation for all the damage cost. This firm could've got a big portion themselves, but they decided not to represent him as they couldn't be bothered to deal with his 'complex case'. Really useless and unprofessional firm. They always keep you updated on progress i would recommend to anyone Thomsons solicitors was used by my union (unison) when I told them about an incident at work. Nathalie handled my case and quickly managed to handle this. With the workplace this incident was at claiming full responsibility, this was a faster claim. She had mentioned, if I were to reject the offer I was given, I could get more money but since that’s not the reason for this, I went with the original offer.
