TD Law Customer Feedback Analysis Feedback received in the summer of 2025 from TD Law customers for consideration: 1. We used TD Law for our sale and purchase over the summer of 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward. A special mention goes to Colleen Houston, Paralegal, whose communication and attention to detail were outstanding. She kept us informed at every stage, explained things clearly, and ensured everything progressed on schedule. Her calm and proactive approach really stood out and made a huge difference. We’re delighted with the service received and would gladly recommend TD Law - and Colleen in particular - to anyone looking for reliable and friendly conveyancing support. 2. They are very slow to contact me back. I have been seeing them since 07.2022 and now 10.2025 my case is still not finished but they are charging me the full amount..but my case has not progressed and it has been more than 6 months with no contact and no response to my email. 3. I managed to get an appointment with one of the Solicitors about my case and when finally they called me it was a lady,not very pleasant and I didn't managed to speak nothing about my case, she was just talking about their fees and I asked her "If I can explain my case" ,and when I was going to speak about my case she just said "I'm not a Solicitor for you and I am going to terminate the phone call" VERY VERY RUDE!!. Definitely I will not be wasting my time trying to phone this"Business " if you can call it like that.. Not very impressed with the Service I received over the 3 minutes the call lasted. PLEASE LEARN TO LISTEN CUSTOMERS ISSUES BEFORE YOU DECIDE IF YOU CAN TAKE A CASE OR NOT!!! If I will ask them now what is my case about...they wouldn't know!! 4. Thomas Docherty was very kind and professional, I am very grateful for all his help. 5. An absolute pleasure working with Thomas Docherty and his fabulous staff. They made a very hard process of my gran’s executive (will) go very smoothly, ensuring I was kept up to date and supported throughout the full process. Cannot recommend them enough, thank you again. 6. Angela and Thomas Docherty are one of the best team I have ever met in an organisation .I needed a solicitor for my mortgage ,even though it was my first time and the process of getting my mortgage was a bit stressful,there where ready to explain the process to me without complaining when I request for some clarification in several occasions.They were able to secure my mortgage and get my seller to send all the necessary Document .They are wonderful team and I will recommend them any day anytime 7. Very slow at getting back to you, had to chase things up constantly and not much information or updates given. It took 3 months to hear back about a claim due to them not answering emails. 8. I bought a house using Thomas Docherty solicitors and they were great. Both Thomas and Veronica were very helpful and efficient and completed our conveyancing process to a high standard and to the required time limit. I would definitely recommend TD Solicitors
