Blair & Bryden Review Feedback: I am happy to note my concerns over my late Dad's estate's handling and assets, which have been ridiculed, avoided, and dealt with in such an unprofessional manner by your Company, including not being given the opportunity for me to go through a Statutory complaints procedure, are now being investigated by the Legal Complaints Commission Scotland and the Law Society of Scotland on conduct matters. You may have treated me with utter contempt, but I would suggest you change your approach to their joint investigation. Customer service personnel are rude and must be trained in manners and common courtesy. 2. So helpful, friendly down to earth.Danielle was amazing and explained everything so well.So glad I found this company.Will def use again.3. Good Company for both sides the business4. Still waiting for an inventory and receipts for my dad's personal property after nearly three years of blair and bryden and in particular Harold Gray wasting my time with false statements and an ignorant attitude. This person is like a one track dinosaur with repeated statements such as I don't like the sound of your voice and a persistent inability to let clients speak and instead talks over clients if he can't explain himself. Also has the ability to threaten legal action over genuine reviews posted on social media in order to put himself and his business in a better light tha Review collected in partnership with this Business Excellent service
