Customer Feedback for Cook Stevenson & Co 1. Claire was my solicitor for 3 years. Claire was wonderful in every aspect. She explained everything in thorough detail. From Claire to all the staff, everyone was always extremely professional. A hard 3 years made easier with empathy and a smile .x2. 2. Fiona was extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with an urgent notorizing issue I had, and she didn't apply a ridiculous charge either! She instantly put me at ease. I received the required documents quickly and would have no hesitations in recommending her services. Thank you for such a speedy reply. 3. Do a great job helping parents 4. I had Fiona cook as my lawyer and she was absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and gave the best advice. I felt that she put my daughters best interests before anything else. Fiona is very friendly and professional and we will be going back to her for another matter very soon for her help. 15. Absolutely horrendous experience gave me some hope at that start then started to not care and gave way to every demand of the opposing lawyer, If you are looking for someone to fight your corner and believe in you do not choose Fiona she is more interested in her Greenock court council relationships, If you need represented in Greenock go outside Greenock that's my advice
