Des and his team worked hard to secure full custody for my granddaughter with my son ,couldn't fault in any way from start to finish very professional firm 3. I never got my call back, that's not the first time, I think it's te to change! I've used them since they were in carmondean4. Lora and the team have been AMAZING with my case with social services. Very quick at replying to emails and writing letters on my behalf. When speaking with her you really get the sense that she cares and doesn't just see it as a job and makes you feel like a priority. Very thorough in what she does, too. And has been 2nd TO NONE at being patient with me, helping me navigate everything with my learning difficulties making all accommodations for me and explaining things in a clear and simple way for me to understand. The most stressful situation of my life has been made 10x easier knowing I have these guys in my corner. 10/10 would recommend.5. Went on their website which told you to call and someone would get back to you... There was an answer machine message telling you to go back to the website and obtain email addresses for the solicitors and email them directly with the promise that they will get back to you. Out of three I contacted. One got back to me. Asked me to send some info via email, which I did, and never heard back from them again... And never heard a thing from the other two..13.
