The solicitor isn't acting for you they are acting for the local authority and they don't care about your basic statutory rights. 3. I was very impressed with the way Duncan dealt with my Mum's case. My R.T.A was delt with by Chris Lewis,who done his best,but due to the other sides dogmatic attitude,this process went on a bit longer than it should have,overall , satisfied with the outcome,even though it was under the estimate, but going to court was a massive risk,so,happy with Chris,not happy at all with the system,plus,i also think that 25% taken from your damages is way too much 5. Incompetent, unsupportive, flippant, lacklustre with one of the worst experiences of my life, I was left open and unprotected to new trauma in the court on top of trauma already experienced, I may as well have represented myself 7. Poor. The standard line « will get back to you in due course » demonstrated their insensitivity towards my sense of urgency and worry. After two weeks of no action I dropped them. 8. The service we have always received here has been excellent. The manner in which things are explained is professional yet always ensuring that everything is easily understood. The team here always put you at ease and we always feel confident they have our best interests at heart. 11. Does not act in the sole interest of the client. Many contradictions and use their unaccountable discretion to leave vital material out. Strongly recommend parents seeking family proceedings do not touch this firm! As the response breach FPR of sharing information, these were advocates to my son's guardian and basically suck up to CAFCASS rather than follow rules and law. 12. Excellent service.
