Redkite Solicitors Inc David & Snape - Bridgend Customer feedback summary: 1. Wouldnt use again if im honest. Ive had false accusations made against me to which i was seeking help with and mediation for my children. Firstly i arrived 15 minutes before my appointment which is the polite thing to do. We were greeted by a very nice lady H.J who led me and my mother to the meeting room. E.W didn't turn up until 12:10 when our appointment was at 12:00 Proceeded to go through questions which could of been done prior to the meeting and im 90% sure id already answered. Number name dob etc. IMO She didn't seem interested in my version of events what so ever, although one part she didn't cover or said they cant do anything about until investigations are concluded so she explained after id spoke. She also kept looking at the time on her watch the whole time, which i found rude as id paid for a part if her time and she eas already late. My questions to her were met with more questions like what i mean by 50/50 payments between me and my ex and just stuff i thought would be self explanatory but done in a way it sounded like she was on my ex's side over mine IMO. Whole thing concluded around 12:30 -12:35 as i didn't have anything more to ask as it all felt rather unsatisfactory.....Needless to say £240 for 1hr wasted as most the stuff chat gpt already told me and probably with a little more empathy than i got from E.W as well. All this is only mine and my mothers opinion of what happened. Wont be going back.2. Extremely helpful and Sophie went out of her way to ensure we were supported to do what was required. Thank you.3.
