Customer Feedback Review: 1. I had a terrible experience with Red Kite Solicitors. Over 10 months, they passed me between three different people handling my case. They charged me each time different amounts “Familiarising themselves” with my file, which quickly added up to a significant sum. All that time and money spent, nothing has progressed in my matter. My knowledge of the law is limited, and therefore I expected a professional and consistent service. I feel like I’ve paid a lot for administrative handovers and very little actual work. Red Kite Solicitors are not to be recommended based on my experience.2. Rude3. Used them recently for the sale of my old house and purchase of my new house. Communication is poor. They don't return your calls at key stages in the sale and can't get the contract paperwork right.4. Brilliant from start to finish. Explains everything so clearly. Very happy.5. Brilliant service from our assigned solicitor. Would definitely use again in the future.6. I have recently been involved in a sale with a chain of 4 vendors and our solicitor, Melissa Halpin went above and beyond to achieve a Completion on the agreed moving date. Her communication was on point at a stressful point in the transaction - 5 Star I would highly recommend.7. I cannot recommend highly enough, Amy at RedKite. She worked quickly and diligently in her role in ensuring the smooth-running purchase of my first home. She was communicative throughout and made a complex process easy to understand. I had full confidence in her work.8. I can recommend Alexia at Redkite kite Law, Alexia represented me in probate dispute and we’ve worked closely over a 5 year period. Alexia showed compassion and empathy throughout the whole process. She was a fantastic negotiator, organised, and knowledgeable. I'm confident that without her, the case wouldn't be the successful negotiation it turned out to be.9. I have been chasing this company for months to send my later mother's will to a new probate law company, in the end I turned up to sort out, so let's see what happens in the next few days. Excellent service from the Red Kite Team in Cardiff.13. I had a brilliant conveyancing service from Bethany Harris and Adina Danciu when buying my first home a few months ago. Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, they kept us in the loop throughout the buying process. Customer service was excellent from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I can't recommend them enough and would happily go with them again for my next house. Thank you Bethany & Adina!14. My experience was extremely disappointing. I contacted them to assist me with a Court of Protection deputyship application on behalf of my mother. For a few months all was going well, then my direct contact went quiet. I became aware when it became apparent that my relatives, who should have been contacted by Red Kite, had heard nothing. When I emailed for an update it was ignored until I emailed the enquiries address or called the switchboard, only then did I find they were waiting for something from the Court that three months previously I'd been told had already been received. When someone senior finally got involved it was clear they had no intention of attempting to find out or explain what had gone wrong. I still wonder why. After pointing out that no-one making an application to the Court of Protection is likely to do so on a whim, and that I had indicated some urgency, Red Kite have not done anything to address the situation. I have agreed to close the file after wasting many months achieving nothing. Red Kite are insisting I pay for a fee they had incurred on my behalf, without actually achieving anything for me (and causing a lot of stress). It was a small amount of money and the fact that they felt it appropriate to insist on payment tells me everything I wish I'd known about them as a company before instructing them. They may have excellent reviews from others, but this was my experience. I had to chase them to get the review response form. NC0908/061215. Christopher is very helpful with my claim and not stress always on the ball and I don't have to worry about anything, he just does all the work til ends. Fantastic guy I recommend red kite solicitors.
