Client testimonials for Slater and Gordon Lawyers: Rubbish. I rang 3 times about a personal injury claim (food poisoning). Once I was told “we do not deal with these types of claims” even though it’s on the website and twice I was put on hold, by 2 different females whom but I couldn’t understand properly. Anyway after around 10 minutes on both I was cut off, there says it all about this company, zero ratings for customer care. 2. This corrupt company signs you up without your permission. I signed up to see if I was eligible for misconduct car finance a year ago. Aside from a few emails saying it was paused while the court case was ongoing I have had no real service or contact from them. Cancelled today as I no longer wish to pursue the claim and now they are tying to hit me with a £250+VAT legal bill - £300 for a few automated mass emails. Pretty disgusting. Have always previously used slater and Gordon for family legal advice and will never use them again. Corperate greed at its finest. 3. The team was very helpful especially Megan, she was always sympathetic and understanding and always there to help with questions on email or calls highly recommended 4. Slater and Gordon were appointed for us and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. Communication was limited, responses were slow and the tone of correspondence felt abrupt with a lack of empathy. We did not feel adequately supported during what was a highly stressful situation. 5.
