Feedback from Our Customers: I reported an ongoing damp issue in my flat that was never resolved regardless of how many times I reported it. It affected my living conditions, and my health deteriorated as a result. The problem was frustrating, and I had to deal with it every day. It was eventually resolved. I was driving on a rural road when a tractor pulling a large trailer pulled out of a field entrance without stopping or slowing down and proceeded across the road at a slow pace. I had no time to stop, and my car hit the tractor's trailer, causing severe damage to the front and airbags deployment. My injuries resulted in whiplash and chest contusions, and my car was written off as not economically viable for repair. The field entrance had poor visibility, the tractor operator failed to look for oncoming traffic and began crossing the road immediately. The company visited my place within 24 hours of the incident, quickly arranged for a replacement car, collected all necessary evidence, and handled the entire process. I earned a living as an agricultural labourer and was instructed by the foreman to operate a piece of machinery for which I had no training or certification after being told that it was easy to use. The machine malfunctioned mid-way, and I sustained a hand injury that needed surgery, leading to a permanent decrease in functionality in two fingers. The emotional and physical consequences of such a disability at my prime is daunting. It was later discovered that there was no operational training for me on file before I was assigned to use the device. The company gathered the necessary documents and filed the petition.
