I used them for a house purchase and it was the quickest and easiest transaction I've ever been involved in. Jessica was perfect in every way. Nightmare. They don’t respond. Always busy with other work. Not friendly. Thank goodness I didn't waste my money employing Graham Walsh. What a man that sends threatening emails to women who challenge his competence. Then keeps saying I should get a solicitor, then he marks the file "conflict" so now no solicitor will act on my behalf! Well done Mr Walsh. Now he threatens me regarding a complaint application I am making against him that if I do he will put me on notice for me to pay all costs. The man is a bully, aggressive toward women and if he can't get his own way, he'll threaten you. The partners need to remove him. Hopleys GMA we’re outstanding with our journey with buying a house. Being first time buyers we were abit daunted and unsure about anything of it all. Anything and everything we needed were always answered asap and explained to use simplified so we could understand fully what was going on with the house buying process. The price was competitive with a detailed illustration provided to make the costs clear right up front. Joe, our solicitor, was recommended by friends and exceeded our expectations. He kept us fully engaged throughout the process, always happy to field questions and take the time to ensure we understood every stage of the buying process. The experience and expertise of both Joe and his colleagues shone through when we had some challenges with the purchase and the title deed restrictions, they were quickly able to identify the problem and propose workable solutions to the sellers solicitors to attempt to get a speedy resolution. Our purchase completed successfully and we will be happy to use Joe & Hopleys GMA again in the future. My family have used this firm in Wrexham for over 30 years, but it seems that they don't want my business anymore. Over the course of a month 4 telephone calls, one email, and even a call in person at the office door haven't been enough to be able to make an appointment. You can't speak to anyone without an appointment, but they don't let you make an appointment. Perhaps this review will help me? Always use. Mark and Sophie excellent.
