Highly recommend. I am very active and tend to hike and run and work out a lot, so chiropractic care keeps me functioning optimally for outdoor recreation here in Alaska. Also offsets posture slumps from working at a computer. I go here for routine adjustments to stay healthy and aligned. Every time I walk out of the Joint, I feel more youthful, confident, and relaxed. I love that I don’t have to deal with insurance and can walk in without an appointment, and the office hours are convenient. The pricing is actually less than most insurance copays if you take advantage of the packages or memberships.14. I was traveling out of state and needed an adjustment yesterday because I couldn’t sleep due to severe back pain. They adjusted me and I slept for six hours last night without back pain.
