We settled for mediation because of this, but David also has gone to Trial School, and has a reputation for being a worthy opponent in court. I am sure he would have done well for me there as well. I will never second guess my choice, he did very well by me and my family. I give thanks to him and his staff for seeing us through this incredibly painful time. Called their office to ask about getting representation. The first person I spoke with didn’t answer when I requested to know his first name instead he just moved onto his next question. As if I was not worthy of an answer from him. After a couple more questions I was asked who or what I thought I should be going after with my suite. I was not sure as this is why I had called them. He barrels into more questions and about half way into my answer he starts basically harassing me about the answer. At this point I am sultan this is not the type of law firm I want to as it me. I hang up hoping he gets the opportunity to witness the golden rule in action. You see I figured that he was just treating me the way he liked to be treated. Hopping on a more productive day I’m moving on to the next lawyer’s firm hopefully I get treated respectfully this time. I approached David Henderson about a very tough legal situation. He was extremely respondent, kind and professional. He made every effort to keep in communication with me and address my concerns. I was extremely impressed with his dedication to my case.
