I was appointed to Ginny and she requested a lot of necessary information. I gave it to her July 27th. My court date was August 2nd. I requested information many times with no answer. I even asked MetLife about my correspondence’s lack of response on August 20th. I talked to someone named Michelle. She assured me an attorney or representative should have contacted me or at least responded to me. I’m out $200 and have to travel 600 miles or possibly fail to appear. Ginny Thomas was the paralegal supposedly working on this. This is absolutely ridiculous. How do you just ignore people and their problems? Who do you think you are?
