I am Sarah Massey, a lifelong resident of Birmingham. I obtained my Alabama Massage License in August 2009. I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 7 years and have experience in various massage modalities, including Swedish and therapeutic massage. I believe massage therapy is not simply an occasional luxury but an essential aspect of a healthy lifestyle. My experiences as a massage therapist have been a tremendous blessing. I spent three years working at the Honda Manufacturing of Alabama Medical Clinic in Lincoln, AL. I also had the honor of working with the Samford University Football Program for two seasons. These are two of my most significant professional achievements (so far), and I am very proud of them. Both were fantastic learning experiences that helped me hone my unique massage techniques and philosophies.
