I have done everything that was asked of me. I paid my co payments and everything. He called me on December 22, 2025, and told me that my case was settled from the other insurance and he was waiting on my personal insurance to pay. Around the first of January 2026 Davis said he had received the check from my insurance. Approximately two weeks later he said that he had negotiated with my medical insurance which they had paid over 10,000.00 and all they wanted was 600.00 so I told him to pay those people, which is United Healthcare insurance. He was supposed to send me the paperwork to sign as of February 17, 2026. Still, they’re holding my settlement funds. Someone is profiting off the interest on this money. They are not taking in consideration of handling the payouts properly. They are the only ones profiting from my settlement. They’re getting the interest of the settlement for holding months longer than necessary before paying me and the insurance. This is not the first time that this was done. They’re still holding money supposedly from my son claim saying that they are waiting on the insurance company. I feel like this is fraud and needs to be investigated by the Attorney Bar Office and the Alabama Attorney General’s Office. I am planning on forwarding a complaint to both offices. I have been very patient with waiting for Davis to settle my case, which was a carlement for longer than necessaryjuana
