Customer Feedback Summary: Approach is a 2007 Mercedes CLK 550 the first of the year for them. A great car they handled everything very professionally I will probably purchase another car from them. Mo Carl was excellent to work with. We love our new truck! Great selection of really nice cars and trucks at very reasonable prices - along with a friendly, knowledgeable trio working here. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I definitely recommend shopping at Calera Auto Sales first. Hours aren’t consistent. Closed an hour early than the time posted two days in a row. When I called the owner/rep stated they close at sundown. We ended up finding a vehicle elsewhere. Friendly service, Honest, Great Vehicle at an Outstanding Price !! I Highly Recommend. David. Very pleased customer! Staff is super awesome and patient. Our sales person was Lloyd and he handled everything efficiently and fast. Most of all they are honest, you can’t ask for a better staff under better leadership. Go visit Mo, Lloyd or Sabrina. My daughter is thrilled not just about the car but about how well they treated her on her first purchase!! Just went by to check out a mustang this guy had, while my husband and I were asking questions about the car the old guy had got very rude with us!! Worst customer service ever. He will also turn credit checks on all the cars you test drive before even buying. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Never delt with them, 14. They are noting like what I experienced with Calera Auto Sales (Global Imports llc). Worst experience ever, purchased a Ford F150 was told the truck had been recently serviced. They were supposed to repair a body molding and check out one of the tires that had a bump. 1st issue they never repaired the molding. 2nd they had some sort of issue with the title (2 months later finally got it). 3rd issue 2 1/2 weeks into it the truck started running hot, Moe would not do anything to help with it. 4th issue truck continued to have issues even after having thermostat replaced, truck broke down and had to be towed so back in the shop again 1 month into purchase. Again, Moe said he would see what he could maybe trade out for something else. 5th issue got truck back and then was told by Calera Auto Sales they would not do anything at all. 6th less than a week truck still having issues and return to shop again only to find out that the truck had a blown head gasket and likely had been patched up long enough to sell it. At this point the truck is parked and is not useable. I’m sure you can see where this is going, of course Moe at Calera Auto sales (Global Imports LLC) will not return any calls at all and he is conveniently never at the car lot. DO NOT BUY from them. Again, just simply wanted to trade back out for something operational!!
