Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. They were well organized, and it took no time at all to close on our dream home! I always have a wonderful time closing here for real estate transactions. Professional and timely. We have done closing with them 4 times and they never disappoint! We are in and out of there in 30 min. Even when we had an issue they were right there helping us get it fixed phenomenal group of ladies!! I have closed several houses and refinanced properties with Weatherford and Williams, Always professional and competent, even when dealing with difficult Lenders, realtors, buyers, and sellers!!! A+ Does not pay attention to the most important details! After closing, I realized the check from selling our home was $700 short! Called to find out they showed up to closing with outdated documents! Very Sloppy! Considering how much they charge for these services, you would expect a much more competent staff! I called in to request a digital copy of closing documents from 2020, and I had them before the close of business. We purchased a home/property in January of 2022 and when I went to pay the taxes in october I was told the property transfer never happened due to a typo on the deed. I've called 6 times over 2 months to get it corrected and I have not received 1 call back. Used this place when my house was sold ..Was told to sign papers first then when I asked for check on my house they didn’t have a check had a closing date the next day on my new house which got moved out due to not having a check at closing ! It was like no big deal to these people and hate your tough luck ! But all the while I’m still held and bound to a 14 day time frame to move my stuff out the house I sold when I have nowhere to move it ! Very unprofessional would not recommend at all ! Great real estate closing
