Trouble with the receptionists: My sons hearing was over the phone, as all hearings are now...Honestly, I do not think having an attorney from this agency made any difference whatsoever in my sons case. We are located in Florence, our Attorney was located in Birmingham, no one ever explained that there is NO ATTORNEY located in Florence. Have tried to speak with the Attorney, Mrs Evans since the hearing 1 1/2 weeks ago. She called 1 time the day after the hearing. I was in the Dr. and could not answer. Called the receptionist back 2 times to ask the attorney to please call me. No RESULTS. I regretfully would not recommend using the Florence office of Pitts and Zanaty. If I had it to do over again I would use a smaller, LOCAL LAWYER, not such a large apathetic company.. 12. Very good team and they kept me informed through the whole process!! I didn't think that I could win because of what they said at the first hearing, but it's because they didn't have enough medical records or mental health information on me. But thanks to God and Jesus I finally got my money and so did R. D. Pitts and Zanatty(Babs and Michelle) Thank you guys very much, for fighting for me and for what's right!!! 13.
