Customer reviews: March 2025, my husband was turning left and a car ran a red light and crashed head-on into my husband's car. My husband suffered a bad face fracture and almost died. He had surgery at UAB. The other driver was fine. The police took forever even to show up and just days later, we were told by our insurance co. Tyler Mann that they considered it my husband's fault & we knew it was not my husband's fault they were wrong.
