I have been a reiki and hijamah master for 25 years, an herbalist for 32 years, and a martial artist and kickboxing, krav, maga, and martial arts instructor for 20 years. I owned and operated a dojo as well until the pandemic. I was also certified clinical and forensic while I was studying music and education at Ashford University and then psychology and education at the University of South Alabama. I designed classes to aid both clinicians and clients in improving their lives. I have a unique set of certifications that allows me to help trainees improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health.
