The driver at fault, instead of apologizing or asking if I was okay or speaking at all, got out of his car and ran into the store. The driver had no insurance, no license, no tag, and was using an address that we still don't know if it is real. I was left with both a re-aggravation of an older spinal injury (L3/L4) and a newly herniated disc (L5/S1). Rather than filing the uninsured motorist claim myself, knowing the insurance company would take advantage of me, I hired this firm to represent me. They were fair and kept their word... and Mr. David J Maloney personally returned my call. He also called throughout the process to tell me how things were going. I obtained a fair settlement.
