Customer experience reports: 1. Horrible experience with Capell and Howard/Montgomery setting up a trust for my mother, ended up paying about $1.1k and no Trust or product of any sort. So long story is on a review of their site. I then went to Tolar Law/Prattville and they doing the trust for a fixed price. And not even hearing the Capell/Howard story were very upfront that not matter what complications come up, it will not be anymore cost and I can call at anytime, even years from now and they will help resolve any issue. Oh, and the cost for meeting with them, $0. So this family owned and operated business will have my business from now on.2.
