Fleishman Law Firm Customer Feedback: I used him for small things like real estate in the past. I had a big case I needed help with. I hired him for that case bc I live out of town and this case was in Tuscaloosa. Mr Fleishman assured me I would not have to go to court. I paid him and didn't question it. The day of court, I'm 250 miles away and I call him to check in. He tells me I need to be at court. I reminded him when he took my money he assured me I would not have to travel and he would handle it. Mr Fleishman proceeds to tell me that he's not taking this case anymore and literally hung up on me. THE DAY OF COURT. He lied to me to take my money knowing he wasn't going to go to court for me. I had to call the courthouse myself, leave a message for the judge explaining exactly what happened, and they let me reschedule my court date. All the while Mr Fleishman kept every dollar I paid him for absolutely nothing. He never gave me an explanation. And when I reminded him what he took my money for he said “I’m hanging up now" and hung up on me. His Unprofessionalism was profound and unacceptable Potential customers beware if you live out of town and don't want to find out on the literal day of court that he's dropping your case without explanation Great experienced only went one time but he was very helpful and understanding will be goin back. This man is the Devil...Very Rude and Disrespectful. By far the rudest man I've ever met. Never in my life have I ever had someone interrupt me especially an attorney who I'm trying to explain something to say “not interested.” After that comment I should have got up and walked out. He may be good at what he does, but a people person is not one of them. I'll gladly take my money somewhere else. He get right to the point and he not gonna sugarcoat nothing with you gotta love this guy.
