You will be treated like family, not just another client. The cremation society was very nice and very helpful. And I thank them for being helpful in my time of need. I have never had to do the steps of preparing a funeral. Doug and his staff at Abbott Funeral Home were very welcoming and helped tremendously. They were prompt on different correspondences and made my mom's services less worrisome. Hyatt-Ewald is the ONLY funeral home I would use to provide burial or cremation services for my family. Grace and her family are professional, kind, patient, understanding, flexible, courteous, easy to work with, and very empathetic. Grace has mastered the art of blending professionalism and kindness...a comfort during a very difficult time. My family has exclusively relied on them to provide final services for our loved ones and will continue to entrust them to handle everything when the need arises.
