Little Rock Dermatology Clinic, P.A. specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skin, nails, and hair diseases, including psoriasis, benign skin growths, acne, allergic reactions, hair loss, wounds, infections, and skin cancer. The clinic also provides surgical procedures for skin cancer lesions, cosmetic injections, and laser treatments. We cater to patients of all ages, ranging from infant to geriatric. Little Rock Dermatology, formerly the Little Rock Dermatology Clinic at the Walden Building, was founded by the late Dr. Calvin Dillaha and Dr. Thomas Jansen. In 1956 to 1960, these two dermatologists first conceived the idea at the American Academy of Dermatology meeting. The two founding partners had established the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) dermatology program and clinic by then. Little Rock Dermatology, if not the oldest dermatology practice in Arkansas, is the most historical. In the Doctor's Building, Little Rock Dermatology Clinic moved in 1962.
