About this business
Luker Deidre:
Feedback Summary: Clients describe the prosecutor as "worst ever" and claim that they do not follow any legal standards. It seems as if the prosecutor does not care about the justice system. The prosecutor enforces a position that does not involve legal protocols, and it's obvious that a citizen cannot get justice. I am someone who has had the misfortune of having had some experiences with Diedra Luker and her accomplices, Heather Patton and Jeff Phillips, in their roles as prosecutors. My opinion is that they are not friendly in the fulfillment of their duties. They have been lightweight prosecutors. Although they own the badge, when they come to the courtroom, they are always as light as a feather. They have practiced for a long time, but they are youngsters when it comes to the prosecution of the cases in the courtroom. They have always left me bemused in their cases their prosecution. They enthusiastically go about their cases, but they end up losing the case. In most cases, they have been staying with their heads down, and the way the handle their cases always leaves me with question marks. Their strategies are always unprofessional as though it's a field of trial and error. Their tactics have always failed to work but appear ridiculous in their cases. They prosecute their cases extraordinarily. However, their way of handling their cases is unprofessional, and they do not follow any legal standards. I think they have a different opinion on how the court should prosecute a case. They seem to be advocating for something, but it was so unfortunate that I was not informed about their stand. Their handling strategy is somehow ridiculous and does not apply to the court. They always act as if they are in their comfort zone. Their articulation of issues has always been out of context, and they do not address specific concerns presented in the court. I remember them arguing out, something that does not make sense to any court reason. Their clients may be happy, but I can say that their claims are not always true and sometimes unreal. They have not made any progress. They seem not to be following any legal protocol that governs a court. Their concepts are unrealistic. Their approach is unprofessional, and it does not conform to any legal standards. They have always left me questioning. I can withdraw my money sometimes and hire a local attorney.
