Client Feedback Summary: 1. We have terrible service. I would definitely not recommend this firm. Better off getting a court appointed attorney with any DUI case. They said Arizona has the strictest dui laws and they can’t do anything about it so save your money. *Edit* I absolutely was a client. I was told that Matthew would personally handle my case after the two attorneys initially assigned were “let go”. The firm did the bare minimum. When I requested a detailed breakdown of the charges, a significant portion of the bill was for pre trial conferences which kept getting rescheduled because the attorneys needed more time to prepare due to the firm repeatedly reassigning the case. That should have been the firm’s responsibility, not mine. I was also charged $500 simply for requesting a receipt, which is completely unreasonable.
