Starting My "Total Life Change" Here W- The Help Of DLR Fitness!!!"Let's Do This".... 4. UPDATE: 11 days later and still NO REFUND. I’m going to chime in bc you aren’t being honest. We have all the texts to show it as well. When Juggernaut joined with the new place YOU could not honor the original contract. In order for us to stay it would require us to pay an additional $100. That’s NOT US cancelling or breaking contract - that is YOU breaking the original contract. You keep saying a small fee… $100 dollars is not small. Plain and simple we contracted with Juggernaut (in Goodyear) for 6 months at $300 paid up front. You then told our son if he didn’t like the new place you’d refund him. When we said we would like the refund you then text us saying bc WE ARE CANCELLING the rate goes up to the 3 month contract and we’d only receive $60 back. You said you’d refund him, and since then you have shorted the refund and refused to refund him. When our son tried it and found out it was going to an additional $100 and then $100 a month after that he knew it wasn’t going to work. He asked multiple times for a refund THAT YOU TEXT HIM YOU WOULD GIVE and you wouldn’t respond until his father reached out. Sadly you still didn’t refund, you tried to push it back on us cancelling or breaking contract. Sir it was you who broke the contract. So you can choose to refund the full amount owed to him or we will continue with BBB and all other avenues. 5. Paid for 6 months upfront, owner made a business decision to ”partner” the gym, and charge almost 2x… but then wouldn’t refund me the three months he owes me. Offered me a partial refund and lied and said I broke the contract even though it was them who did. Initially respected him, but now he showed that it is not member focused. Jus $$$$ 6. My husband and I were visiting family in Phoenix and needed a place to workout, specifically a place that was equipped for powerlifting. Juggernaut has everything a powerlifter needs and more! The gym was also very clean and well maintained. The owner, Willie, was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!
