The training was clear, informative, and very helpful. Thank you for a great session! Article 9 online training id , the trainer was absolutely awesome will recommend also refer anyone to this on line training class/ with the same trainer, Chauntoya w. Very knowledgeable very patient very smart helped each and every one of us and it was hard online getting our computers. Laptop straightened out, but she hung in there and was very patient step-by-step. Thank you so much. I would have her teach a class anytime. And I want to thank her very very much really appreciate helping this old lady63 young thanks again Article 9 till next year have a blessed rest of the year Great teacher and very informative! Loved the class! Very thorough and answered all questions. Test had all the material covered. Very comprehensive and well presented! Great experience! The instructor Niokie was friendly, welcoming, and hilarious. If this gig (for whatever reason) doesn’t work out, she should look into becoming a comedian because she is funny! I’ve had to take Article 9 a few times, years ago, and I always remember how dry and boring this class can be. Anytime I need to renew my Article 9 it will be through Hand N Hand and hopefully with Niokie! Niokie made it fun and easy to follow along and bearable to sit through 4 hours of slide show content. Great job! I completed Article 9 training over Zoom with Hand N Hand Consulting, and it was a great experience. Chauntoya was an excellent instructor—very thoughtful in the way she presented the material, informative with clear and practical explanations, and efficient in keeping the training structured and on track. She made what could have been a dense topic feel manageable and easy to understand. I appreciated how organized the session was and how she created space for questions without wasting time. Highly recommend Hand N Hand Consulting for professional, well-run training. Thoroughly enjoyed the class I took with instructor Chauntoya. She was informative, thoughtful, patient and kind.
