Holden & Armer, PC is a healthcare law firm based in Arizona that has been established to provide legal defense to physicians, nurses, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. We have a unique advantage over other counsel as a result of our strong background in medicine and medical issues. Our practice concentrates almost entirely on defending physicians, but we do accept certain personal injury claims. Our medical malpractice defense attorneys have more than 40 years of combined experience. Each lawyer has handled cases in various medical specialties, including radiology and anesthesia, radiation and oncology, burn care, nursing home and long term care cases, and orthopedic surgery (a different specialty than Dr. Kirby or Dr. Preston).  While our lawyer, Carolyn Armer Holden, RN, also known as DeeDee, is a Registered Nurse (R.N.), she is also an experienced attorney and her complementing background in medicine and law greatly informs the case. Our medical issues are extensive, and our attorneys have considerable experience with nearly every medical specialty. We are also constantly monitoring medical and healthcare technology developments, so we can effectively incorporate them into our cases.
