Botox or botulinum toxin A is the most common nonsurgical cosmetic treatment in women over 30, with 86% of them being female. Cosmetics' most groundbreaking and exciting advance is botulinum toxin A, which is a purified form of protein. It improves and erases the most evident signs of skin aging. The dynamics of our face that occur every day without our knowledge are responsible for many of the wrinkles we have. Botulinum toxin A works by weakening and relaxing facial muscles as they insert themselves into the skin. When the muscle tone is reduced, the pulling effect of the muscles will relax, and fine lines and wrinkles will start to fade away. In terms of the results, the process takes 2 and 10 days to be seen, and it lasts for 3-4 months, although it can also be more. The most effective types of toxin are those that happen in the upper part of the face such as the forehead lines, frown lines, and crows' feet since the toxin may be less effective on the lower or middle part of your face due to the possibility that the toxin may distort expressions and smiles.
