Prospector Homes Remodeling (LLC) is a company that recently achieved the following customer feedback: Prospector Homes did our master bathroom remodeling. Greg did an outstanding job communicating with us throughout the remodeling process. He went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the project outcome. The contract workers that he had were timely, neat, and did a great job. We would certainly used them again for any remodeling projects that we may have in the future. Greg with Prospector Homes was great to work with from start to finish. He was attentive to our goals and put together a great team that helped see everything through to the end with a high degree of professionalism, fit, and finish. He kept us informed on a daily basis of the project status and was responsive to any questions or concerns. He’ll be our next (and only) call for future remodeling projects. Greg (and team) did a terrific job in renovating our Master Bath! He put together a plan and executed on that plan with poise and craftsmanship leaving us very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended! They were very good at communicating. I always knew what to expect. Greg came out on June 6. Waited for estimate. I called him on June 13th, still no estimate. I called him again on June 23 and was told he recently signed 2 jobs and he's 2 1/2-3 months out. I said well send me a quote anyway and I'll decide on my timeline. He said if I had other quotes I should go with one of them. Guess he wasted my time and found bigger fish to fry. Is my remodel not worth his time? This was for a master shower redo and completing a 2nd bathroom. In addition to never providing me a quote, after 2 calls from me and waiting 17 days with no quote or return calls, the owner finds time to call me June 24 within 30 minutes of my review. I don't answer because I am working. He doesn't leave a message and then calls immediately after. Really? Then proceeds to blast me about my review and accuses me of using a fake profile. I've had this Google profile for decades! Blocked him. Unprofessional. Beautiful job remodeling a bath and shower in our home!! Greg is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with, and his team does outstanding work! Greg was fantastic to work with through the planning, design, demo, and install process. We had a unique space that required creativity and attention to detail to get right, and Greg was there for each step with great advice, awesome communication, and was present as each trade was scheduled and arrived to complete their portion of this big project. We can’t wait to start another home project with Greg & Prospector Homes I want to give a huge thank you to Greg and the team at Prospector Homes Remodeling for the incredible work on our bathroom remodel. We discovered a leak that led to mold, and unfortunately, the deconstruction team before them had done a poor job—ripping out floors, tiles, and walls instead of properly removing them. Greg and his team completely turned things around. They reconstructed everything better than we could have ever imagined! Once the process was underway, Greg and his team were diligent and efficient, getting our house back to normal quickly. We’re so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend! I reached out to Greg to see about getting my bathroom shower remodeled. I expected the consultation process to take a bit of time, as I live far out in Queen Creek. Greg immediately took my call and offered to come out as soon as I wanted him. Fast forward 3 weeks and I had a brand new bathroom shower, that I love. Greg was extremely consultative and always went above and beyond to over-communicate people arriving / departing and ensuring I felt like I knew exactly what was going on the entire time. Thank you Greg! Prospector homes is fantastic! They have done everything they have said they would do and more! 2 bathrooms and a fireplace completed in a short amount of time. He was able to take my desires and make them reality, while suggesting changes, tweaks, and improvements to the vision I had. In the end, he made the process effortless for me, working around my schedule and minimizing the need for me to be involved besides layout out the concepts and reviewing the work. Our project included repainting the entire interior, installing all-new flooring, and remodeling the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room with brand-new cabinetry. It was an extensive undertaking, and Greg was personally involved, on-site every single day, until the work was complete. His expertise and guidance in selecting the best materials and design choices ensured a smooth process and a flawless finish. Additionally, his subcontractors were incredibly kind and respectful to my family, even as we lived through part of the renovation. The results are stunning and speak for themselves. We had contracted Prospector Homes to remodel our upstairs bathroom and just before work began we had a leak in the downstairs bathroom requiring a full remodel there as well. They were able to take on this second job and did great work. Greg was very responsive and we love our new bathrooms. We called Prospector Homes when we decided to do our bathroom remodel. They were super responsive and got the job done the right way and it looks amazing. We had Prospector Homes remodel our primary bathroom and would definitely recommend to a friend! They were easy to work with, reliable and we are so happy with how it turned out!!
