What is even more shocking is when I called from a different phone number, not only did they not solve the issue but also they verbally abused me, said nasty things, and threatened me. This is unprofessional behavior and signs of a scam. I did not receive the service as promised. I advise everyone to be very cautious before working with or sending money to this agency to avoid losing money and dealing with unnecessary trouble.
