They don't tell you the true amount they take from your settlement at the Kingman office. They take a third of your money which is technically 33% not 1.33%. Also, it is very important to clarify where you want your money sent whether your physical address or the office that you went to when you first started the injury claim. Make sure they read it back so they don't get the wrong address on there if you want it sent to your home address. I will say they are very nice and polite people.
