Customer feedback summary: 1. Brad was very helpful and very honest. Very knowledgeable.2. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CABINETS FROM DKB. Quality is horrible and so is the service. I order kraftmaid. Which I thought they were quality cabinets. They are not!!! All I want is my money back. They refuse. All of my cabinets have something wrong with them way too many issues. They make excuses instead of just replacing the full cabinet. They said this normal. Not for quality!!! 17 of my cabinet doors have to be replaced. Because of all the knicks on my cabinet. I had doors loose from the hinges doors hangin off. They fixed em. But guess what? It's happening again. They wanted to be patched thing and replace doors the problem will the stain match? Will the doors are going to be right size? This all take another 9 week to get replaced parts. That is not what I paid for I paid for quality. They said all this issue this is very common. Which is unbelievable!! And they seem not to be able to hang on to their installers. DKB inform me by email that installers are no longer with them. At that point I asked for my money back they made promises. I ask for my money back three times and they refuse. They want to patch them and replace doors. Once again, that's not what I paid for. DO not make the same mistake that I did and pay for everything before you see everything!

To make matters worse, the design was wrong. By 30 inches, one way and 22 inches the other way. The designer never came to my house before the order was place or before the installed. Because I insisted. Fyi home depot in lowe's at least come out three times to make sure everything is correct, NOT these guys. They take your money and run. You have to pay the balance went you cabinets get delivered. This means if something wrong, it's your problem. Also once I found out, the layout was wrong I called to let them know it was off by 30 inches. 30 inches they don't not take ownership for their mistakes. According to them, it was my fault for changing the layout. How can it be my fault? I didn't do the measurements. They did!

And the comment, they said, they try to contact me. I kept on telling him that I didn't want my kitchen repatched up! What I wanted was my money back. And they never responded, they just want to fix everything. That is not what I pay for! I even wrote to the owner of the company. No response wrote to the GM made excuses. It now 10/12/26 still waiting to get my money back. It all started in January this is all a nightmare! Go somewhere else!3. Brad was extremely patient, helpful and very knowledgeable answering our many questions. He took his time explaining things to us and never made us feel rushed. We liked being able to look around in the showroom for ideas and see the product we are being offered. Pricing was not out of line.4. Josh is amazing. He is patient , easy to work with , creative and flexible . We couldn’t ask for someone better to walk us through this sometimes daunting process of a house remodel .5. Joshua has absolutely fantastic in helping us design our new kitchen, laundry room and master bath!! His expertise and patience have made all the difference during the buildout!!6. Thank you Brad for helping me remodel my kitchen. Your suggestions and help as so appreciated!7. Annie Mills helped me organize my thoughts. I have a spectacular kitchen. It is so accessible for me and customized exactly how I wanted with drawers on the bottom, a garbage drawer, a lazy susan, and utensil drawer and cabinet doors on top. It is just beautiful. The counter blends in perfectly with the cabinets and my floor, which I did not redo. The workman did an excellent job installing cabinets and counters. Just remember to ask for cutting boards from the scraps.8. We spent some time with Evan at the San Tan Village location in Gilbert, Arizona, and could not have been more impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. If you are looking for quality at a fair price and a ton of detail oriented help, then you are at the right place. Five stars for sure…9. Alex came today to finish up our cabinet installation. He was polite and listened to our concerns to ensure all issues were addressed.10. Brad Eckburg was wonderfull to work with... very informative, and went the extra mile to help me put my desires together. Even though I ended up going in a whole new direction, Brad wasw very suportive... I would go back to them in the future. Diana11. Diamond Kitchen and Bath did a fantastic job with a vanity and granite countertop installation. Brad communicated well during the process. The old school measuring method used was re-assuring- as I had issues with a prior company and thankfully found these guys.12. Randy made sprucing up my kitchen a breeze!13. Great experience! These guys take care of me every time!14. Excellent experience! Annie was amazing. She listened to my wants, needs and dreams, and then helped me prioritize and put into play a workable plan. Kind, knowledgeable, responsive and professional! Josh stepped in to join the team to provide layout, workability, and design. Not only was he flexible with the changes I asked for, but kept the whole experience affordable and cost effective! Highly recommend this dynamic duo to help you accomplish your project!15. Worked with Evan in the Gilbert location. Although it was a LONG 5 month process from start to finish, it was worth it as the kitchen came out beautiful and for way cheaper than other quotes I had. Evan and his team were transparent and communicative every step of the way. The products are a good quality and a nice warranty with them.
