Five40 Remodeling LLC

Feedback: Summary Incredibly phenomenal customer feedback. Where to start? Shannon and the whole team were excellent. From the initial appointment, we knew we had the correct contractor. Shannon was extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and paid attention to the vision my wife and I have for our home. His expertise and advice made the design and material choice a breeze. The entire team moved quickly and was well organized once the remodeling started. Shannon introduced us to everyone and kept the schedule moving. Every minute of every day was accounted for. The final result was stunning. Shannon, with a special mention to Doug, changed our home into something amazing. The creativity and detail were incredible, and the project was beyond our expectations. What made the biggest impression was their customer service. Shannon was a great guy. There was no pressure or upselling; just real, quick, and respectful treatment. It's rare to find such communication and honesty. We were delighted to work with Shannon and 540 Remodeling. We strongly advise them to anybody searching for a credible, professional contractor that cares. Five40 Remodeling is a great company. The attention to detail is outstanding and not even a minute was wasted. The team had people working almost every day! Shannon was useful and responsive, providing clear answers when I asked a question. It was a success. The team was also professional and friendly, and everything went smoothly. This is the house I would like to live in. Shannon and Five 40 Remodeling are excellent to work with and provide timely communication. Knowledge can be seen in how they operate their projects. There are many home improvement businesses, but if our family or friends need this service, we will recommend Shannon's team. Shannon and Doug. They are friendly, clean, and make you feel like your home is in good hands. They treated our house like their house, and we loved their work and attitude. In Phoenix, they saved our bathroom, where the preceding contractors were satisfied with making it look nice even though it had structural issues. Shannon discussed what was needed to build it properly, ensuring it looked nice and was structurally sound. He also suggested we bump a wall and move the laundry room inside, which we loved. Shannon got the necessary permits and encounters and managed everything, and he and Doug made an excellent bathroom for our house. They paid attention to every detail and responded promptly to all errors, even one concerning the tiles that we noticed after our last payment. They were always available to answer questions and fix complications. When we are ready for the kitchen and mudroom remodel, we will call Five40 (Five40, 2021). I like to work with Five40 Remodeling. They have a great team. I was referred to Shannon by some friends, and after talking to him a few times, I chose them because they do good work and seem like a trustworthy contractor (Five40, 2021). Shannon and his team did an amazing job on a garage renovation. We felt comfortable with them because of their honesty and punctuality (Five40, 2021). Good job, Five40, on our new gate. The original was over 50 years old and falling apart. The new one looks great, and the welds look great. They measured the original gate and made the new one in a matter of weeks. The team did the replacement in 1 day, and all our family is happy (Five40, 2021). I strongly recommend Five40 for any welding and gate needs. Update We hired Shannon and Doug for our upgrades. Good, very thorough job on my kitchen and bath remodel. What I liked most was the daily cleanup they did. They were always on time, and everyone was polite. Their communication was excellent, and they were sensitive to changes that came up. When they were almost done, they fixed a few cosmetic issues I pointed out (Five40, 2021). I plan on using them again for my mudroom upgrade. Great work, clean space, and excellent communication. Shannon and Doug kept us informed during the kitchen and bath upgrades. I recommend Five40 because of their clean workspace, unlike other companies. Final Thoughts Five40 Remodeling offers vibrant and quality services.
