Horrible business practices. They charge if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment but they can cancel your appointment an hour before you are supposed to be there with just an apology and no compensation with the provider being 'sick' and not knowing so close to the time you are scheduled. There are many other excellent providers in the area.
