Truth be told, you probably kept me from using one of my three hammers and getting involved myself. My wife reminds me frequently that any tool belt I may have received from my kids during a 90's Christmas, was probably meant as a joke and I should stay in my lane. Kidding aside - Your team was FLAWLESS... Contractors showed up on time and when expected during the entire process. They kept my wife updated while she was onsite during the days and always followed up w/ me on email, with nightly reviews and "next day" expectations. Getting that daily recap email from Lucien each night, really put my mind at ease and let me know what to expect for tomorrow's schedule and which contractor would be onsite. Unheard of in your industry! WOW ~ That level of service and attention to detail, don't come around with most Contractors, so Thank you!! The quality of service and great reputation you have created, were on full display by your entire Team! The Brighams ~ 5. Lucien and his amazing supporting team created a sanctuary in my small guest bathroom. Lauren, my designer, listened to my wishes to update the bathroom while keeping it true to the style of my house. What was created was a beautiful space with a niche replacing the dated medicine cabinet and a tile surround that shows beautiful movement and texture. Every person who worked on this project showed respect for my house like it was their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. So, I have signed on with them to start another bathroom remodel. Thank you Mariano for listening and being supportive throughout the remodel process. 6. Mariano and team were wonderful. The work they did for us exceeded our expectations. 7. Aggressively violent human being. Horrible driver pulls out with all four tires past the crosswalk in into the intersection then continues to get pissed off at everyone else as he road rages and zooms through town. Absolutely not the kind of person I would want in my house 8. Scottsdale prices in Mesa. Project didn’t make it past contract review stage. Salesman never followed up. Guest room bath estimate at a Whopping $45,000,00. Open ended contract and projected overruns to be $10,000 to $20,000 more. All hype. Didn’t even get to design phase. Response to reply from business March 2, 2026 I did go to your design center but it was a walk in. I was advised that I required an appointment. I met the owner and he gave me a ballpark estimate of 35,000.00 That’s why I even had them do an estimate. I had a salesman come to my home to take measurements. He verbally said I would not need a city of Mesa permit to remodel the bathroom. I called the city of Mesa building department who said I required a permit. The company was deceptively telling me verbally I didn’t need a permit but they would not put that in the contract. I did review a document that listed all parts of this bathroom remodel. It looked like a contract to me! They were only an estimate giver, I never had any intention of using them based on their condescending attitude. They should be in Paradise Valley or Scottsdale. 9. We couldn’t be happier with our newly renovated primary bathroom and bedroom, completed by Mariano & Co! While living through a renovation is challenging, we had so many positive experiences with Mariano’s team. Starting with the design – we worked with Michelle and Ashley – both of whom are highly professional and talented designers. They asked questions, listened carefully to our needs/wants, offered suggestions, and guided us through the decisions needed to complete the design. They stayed involved throughout the project and ensured that the renovations completed matched the finalized design. Mariano’s tradesmen are also very professional and skilled, and they did their best to minimize dust/mess in the house. Jon is a truly skilled craftsman – we are so pleased with the beautiful and intricate tilework he completed in our shower. And Justin did a fantastic job painting the bedroom and bathroom. We are also very happy with the new baseboards, trim, and drywall work completed in the project. Our new built-in cabinets are so pretty and look like they were always there. Mariano kept in touch with us daily to keep us informed about the work that would be completed the next day and whom to expect at our house. And they delivered on their promises. When something needed to be corrected, Mariano took care of the issue without delay and were very professional. The quality of their work is outstanding. Our bathroom and bedroom turned out better than we imagined and we enjoy using them every day. 12. Lucien was incredibly efficient with pricing and explaining every step of the process. He set up multiple design meetings for me (I’m very indecisive!), and he and Lauren were so patient throughout. Lauren, the design associate, is truly the best—she makes you feel so welcomed when you come in to design. She somehow managed to pinpoint the exact style I wanted, even when I couldn’t visualize it myself. She gave us several options, made mock-ups so I could see everything in the room, and even sent us home with tile and baseboard samples so I could sit with them for a few days in our space. The job site was always cleaned at the end of each day, which we appreciated so much. Eric even offered to take down the entire floor covering before a party we were hosting and put it back up the next week—above and beyond! The crew in our home was efficient, respectful, and wonderful to work with. My son looked forward to seeing Eric and Justin every day—they were so sweet with him and all of his million questions. I called several companies in the valley and they were by far the most helpful. BY FAR. I called and spoke to the office about my potential addition to the house, they said an area rep would reach out to me in the next 48 hours. At first I was thinking it was going to be like all the others, a hard sell, a home visit with books and project examples hard sell type of deal, probably a third part etc.... Some won't talk to you until you tell them you are pre-approved or have cash. It was the opposite. Carlos called me within the time frame and was just great. We talked about scenarios, city codes, hoa requirements and potential realistic cost expectations. He was very personable, upfront, knowledgeable and answered my questions in full. If you are starting a project, make sure you call them. They are not afraid of competing bids, answering questions, and giving their input for YOU to make an informed decision. I am usually leary of general contractors, having been in the trades business myself, but I am confident that if you talk to Carlos, he will not disappoint. I don't write a lot of reviews, but they deserved one.
