I have found Chris “The Architect”to be a good listener that has always been pleasant to work with and works hard to dig deep to understand the needs of your business. As a small business owner, this is important! Along these lines, he has also been very personable and easy to work with. I can say the same for his team as they have been driven to accomplish goals and objectives set by their leader. Having an SEO company in your business tool box is an excellent move! Well Chris might be a nice guy, the rest of his staff is a revolving door, they take days to get back to you pertaining to updates, if they get back to you at all. When I canceled their services because they didn't get back to me, and they didn't perform the updates that they told me they would do, they then shut off my Google ad without ever telling me. The Google ad that I pay the budget for, and after paying a monthly fee for their services for those ads. The fact they didn't even tell me, cost our business potentially thousands of dollars. As much as his attitude might be great, they burned my company, and we may never come back. Be very careful.5. All About Roofing did an excellent job putting new underlayment down for our tile roof. Finished in 4 days. Crew cleaned up very well each day and Colin Cooper checked with us regularly during the process and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend them.6. All About Roofing is the absolutely the best. We had a really bad hail storm. The storm was so bad it broke two of our windows and a shudder. All About Roofing handled everything seamlessly, e.g., dealing with the insurance company, replacing the roof on our house as well as a storage room and playhouse. Their teams are excellent (roofers, solar techs and scheduling individuals). We would recommend them to everyone.7. Enjoyed the 'Monday Mingles' local business networking event, lots of great companies introducing themselves and showcasing their services.8. I worked with Chris for over a year. My website went up without much of a challenge but when it came to making changes or adding content, the process was long, difficult, and took longer than it should have. It seems like there is a lot of redundancy and bureaucracy in the company that makes it very inefficient. When I asked them to make a second website to sell a new product I am offering, I was frustrated and disappointed. Communication was slow and making changes to the page simply didn’t happen. I was losing customers because the page wasn’t ready. After waiting 5 months for my simple website to be completed, I decided to switch to a different company. First, they sent my final bill to an old email I had asked them to update multiple times. Next it took a week to get all of the access needed to pick up where they left off. Finally, Chris insisted on not forwarding the access etc directly to my new developer, even though I specifically asked him to by email (which make him not liable). He was unprofessional and petty in the exchanges during this transition. Overall, not a good company to work with. Website/seo companies are plentiful. Take your business elsewhere! Update: Chris left my business a one-star review. This level of unprofessionalism and immaturity is embarrassing. Seriously, working with Chris is not worth the headache.9. I refer All About Roofing to everyone! Trustworthy, hardworking and reliable, what more could you want from a company especially when it comes to the roof over your head.10. Great company!!!!11. We have been looking for a company to help us manage our website and our social media postings, but also help guide us to be able to make changes ourselves as well. Calli has been great with her communication through of our questions and onboarding process. Making sure that we touch base on everything that we need before moving forward. We continue to have a very positive experience and can't wait to see the end result.12. We have been very happy with No Boundaries. They are always there to discuss and help. Communication has been the best part of our experience. There are many companies that can do the same work. Not all of them exceed in client service like No Boundaries does. Initially, when I went to Chris , I told him that our company was in big financial trouble and we really couldn’t afford to go with a marketing group. Chris is a great salesman and promise all these great things for the company and promise more sales. This is far from the truth, and hopefully it doesn’t fool anyone else with this propaganda. Our SEO did approve and our site got more traffic, but it did not lead to sales. Chris said don’t worry we have a solution and we’ll go to an affiliate marketing program. Chris continues to sell his lies and say just gotta be patient but after six months I’ve had two affiliate sales yet my company continued to fund Chris’s fraudulent company. I also asked Chris to post new pictures of my products on my website. That was supposed to be done a month and a half ago and nothing on that. He then claimed that he was going to fix all this and give me a free month of affiliate and also a free month of Facebook. My card was charged again and the lies just continued to pile up. Still no pictures, Still no call from Chris. If you want to protect your business, I would stay as far as away from this company as possible. Elite Tabletops is extremely happy with the results from working with Chris and his Team @ No Boundaries Marketing Group. When we initially met with Chelsea in regards to building our companies SEO and online presence, that was our sole purpose of contracting with them. As a new company, we realized building SEO takes time and repetition. While No boundaries Marketing has increased our SEO, we realized our company needed more direct & upfront attention to marketing to stem more local interest & sales for our Tabletops supporting local businesses. We reached out to Chris and asked him for a meeting in regards to pivoting our approach, he agreed! We have had several one on one meetings with Chris and he is putting our company on a whole different level! We feel like Chris is literally part of our company for the fact he has taken so much interest in us as people and sincerely cares about our success as a company.
