CHECK THE BBB COMPLAINTS! I had a horrible experience. My dog was vomiting with bloody diarrhea and I brought her to this animal hospital. They put me in a room and it was seven hours before a veterinarian came in. They didn’t want to give her water and then that seven hours we sat there with me afraid to leave because I was afraid my dog was going to die she became severely dehydrated in that room I’m not exaggerating it was seven hours before a veterinarian came in then they gave her an antinauseant and some fluids and sent me home which did nothing to help my situation. They charged me over $1100 to sit in a room while my dog dehydrated. I have asked them for my money back and they refused to give it to me even though I had to go to another veterinarian the next day and spend $500 to start healing my dog. I had to go to VCA animal Hospital the next day were they gave her several medications including one to stop the bleeding in her intestines and antibiotic in case there was a bacterial infection and an anti-nausea and she could take every day and she immediately started to improve and get better once she actually received care. I’m lucky my dog is alive. I’m lucky that VCA animal Hospital gave her the proper care that first pet would not give her. I do not recommend this animal hospital at all!
