We provide an abundance of resort-style amenities and services to our residents so they can live life to the fullest. A Life Plan Community is a lifestyle that combines an active and independent lifestyle with access to a full array of healthcare services on-site. Independent living residents receive priority access to an indefinite amount of assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation services as required. In addition, due to our Type A LifeCare® agreement, independent living residents who transfer to a higher level of care will not experience a substantial monthly fee increase, regardless of the length of stay. Sagewood is one of the city's exclusive senior living communities.
