Arizona Matchmakers

This Arizona Matchmaker is a total DECEPTION and FRAUD. The "certified" matchmakers are NOT doing their job as is stated on their website. I first met the salesperson on the last day of February. She promised a lot of services (security checks, privacy protection, certified matchmakers, coaching, ...). She also told me that they had a large number of high-quality and well-educated people in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area for me to choose from. She then assigned me to an eight "introductions" program. I PAID $5,094.95. Between March 11 and September 8, I was given SEVEN introductions to meet with. Among them, three were in wheelchairs and two of the three had caregivers services 3 and 5 times per week respectively, one had a serious cancer problem and was under treatment, one had Parkinsons' symptoms, and the other two had issues related to religious beliefs and geographical locations. To express my dissatisfaction with their services, I have made a number of phone calls and also have sent many messages and "surveys" to the "certified" matchmaker, Krystal. I asked her for the contact information of her supervisor. Her response was that she was the only person I could talk to. One of the matchmakers, Meghan said that the only thing she could do was to extend the service for four more months, but with no guarantee of a "fit." To respond to her offer that was so meaningless, I wrote to the matchmakers, Meghan and Krystal. I requested the contact information of their company manager and to have some of my money back. However, I have not heard from any of them. The purpose of posting my review is to let you know that please do not fall into their trap. It is a total waste of money and time. Arizona Matchmakers is total deception and scam.
