AWS Recruiting

In August 2013, we established AWS Recruiting. After the first quarter, we had placed three executive employees. That's impressive, we know. The techniques we used were outdated. This sort of thing doesn't happen anymore. Business and smart recruiting have changed. We were able to do this because we also understand Arizona's recruitment industry. Arizona has many recruiters and recruitment companies. This is a big market failure. It is overwhelming. They create so much noise that it is hard to find quality talent. What can be done about this? Many things can be done. The first thing to do is listen. We don't get so lost in the "billing" that we forget what's important. Hiring companies do not necessarily want to hire recruiting companies to help them succeed. With today's technology, it is easy to find people. It's hard to get people to want to work with you. This is where we come in. They help us find the people that match the company's culture. These standards are not required.
