A questionnaire will be sent to you, and if you meet the requirements, we will contact you for a focus group. We will gather your phone number and email address for the focus group. The platform used to hold focus groups is Zoom. Focus groups usually last for three hours. Selected participants are paid a compensation of $75. If selected, you will receive a consent form that must be signed and returned to us. You must also sign a confidentiality agreement.
