Bird Dog Pilates & Fitness

It is a small, intimate space, and every inch of it is maximized. There are three rooms in total in Bird Dog Pilates & Fitness: the main studio area, the private studio space, and the washroom. The studio has only three permanent items: the ballet barre, the Ped-O-Pul, and the TRX multi-mount structure on the east wall. To provide an open studio area for mat classes, barre, and Fletcher Floorwork, all of the other Pilates equipment can be pulled out of the main room and kept in the back room (or private studio space).
